Power Modules

Power modules (also called power electronic modules) are power switching/control circuit elements integrated into convenient isolated-base packages that offer a broad spectrum of commonly used diode, SCR, or SCR/Diode circuit configurations and ratings. Power modules can provide power to semiconductor devices, cool the device, and connect them to the outer circuit.
