Memory device is a cell, circuit or media to store, retain and subsequently retrieve information. Memory devices can be semiconductor memory, CD/DVD, magnetic tape/disk. It is dedicated to store data in electronic systems. Memory products include a variety of both volatile and non-volatile devices, covering new and mature technologies.
