Power solution for Kintex 7 Power Tree (Mid Power) with 1V/6.1A, 1.8V/0.3A and 1.5V/1.5A rails. 12V power supply. Features the MIC5166 High-speed Low V DDR memory terminator power supply and a 3.3V 150mA LDO.
