E-Bicycle based on Microchip Solution

Microchip's reference design features the dsPIC33CK128MP505DSC motor controller, offering high-torque start-up and efficient Field-Oriented Control (FOC). It includes support for Hall sensors and sensorless motor control algorithms, a three-phase inverter stage, MOSFET gate drivers, low RDS(on) MOSFETs, and PWM switching frequency control. The design supports up to 350W output power, 20A RMS continuous motor phase current, and a wide input voltage range. It also incorporates system bias generation, temperature measurement support, and auxiliary connectors for additional functionalities.
